Marwan Frem is the President of Napco National Packaging Division.
He is responsible for the Strategy setting, Operational performance and Business development
of Napco National’s paper, composites and plastic packaging division in the GCC, with a
diverse portfolio of commodity and specialty products serving several sectors such as Food
and Beverage, Building and Construction, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Personal and
Household, Pharmaceutical and Medical , Agriculture and Horticulture, Logistics,
Manufacturing and others.
Experienced executive with a demonstrated history in the packaging and container industry.
Skilled in Strategy Modelling, Organization Building and Development, Business Planning and
Operation management; Frem played a major role in the company’s transformation into a
customer centric and operation excellence focused organization, delivering innovative and
sustainable products and services.
Enabling as a result a higher level of performance across its value chain, boosting revenues
and delivering growth in the local as well as the international markets.
Since he joined the packaging division in 2006, Frem has held several leadership positions in
sales, marketing, supply chain and operations until promoted to his current role in June 2017.
Frem graduated from the American University of Beirut – Lebanon with a degree in Electrical
Engineering, a CMA certification from the Institute of Management Accountants – USA and an
Executive MBA from London Business School.
