Hani joined Roland Berger in 2011 and has since established a new practice in the Middle East focusing on sustainability and addressing the major problems concerning the environment and climate change.

Mr. Tohme is leading topics related to the circular economy, effective waste & water management, and green technologies. He has successfully led transformative projects for governments and the private sector. Some of his key projects include setting national waste and recycling champions as well as supporting governments to develop national master plans in line with the concepts of the circular economy.

Hani holds a bachelor's in engineering and an EMBA from Columbia Business School, London Business School and Hong Kong University. Prior to consulting he gained hands-on experience as an engineer with the world's leading oilfield services provider.
